All about our apartments & rooms

• All prices are exclusive of visitor’s tax.
  The visitor’s tax is € 3.50 per person per day from the age of 15.
• All apartments and rooms are NON-SMOKING apartments & rooms.
• Our apartments and rooms are suitable for allergy sufferers.
• Internet-enabled TV:
  Attention! If you register with Netflix, Amazon, Disney Plus etc. and forget to log out when you leave, we accept no liability for this!
• Dogs in the Apparthotel:
  Especially for our 4-legged guests, there are individual apartments that can be used for a vacation with a dog. A maximum of 4 dogs (depending on size) are allowed in the house. Details about your vacation with your dog can be found HERE.
• Short stay surcharge:
  • Short stay supplement at Aparthotel Bergland:
    In the rooms: up to 3 nights € 20 per room per night
    In the apartments: short stays on request
  • Short stay supplement at Haus Bergland-Dorfglück:
    1 night: € 20 per person & night
    2 nights: € 15 per person & night
    3 nights: € 10 per person & night

Booking conditions:

• The right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply

Cancellation conditions:

• Up to 3 months before arrival: can be canceled free of charge
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival: Cancellation fee of 40% of the booking value
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: Cancellation fee of 70% of the booking value
• Within the last week and in case of early departure: Cancellation fee of 90% of the booking value
• Cancellations made outside of the cancellation deadlines will incur a processing fee of € 50.

Money-back guarantee:

• In the event of border or hotel closures or a lockdown, you can cancel free of charge – even at short notice.

Cancellation protection:

• It is not uncommon for things to turn out differently than you think and the booked vacation has to be canceled or cut short prematurely. We would like to save you the associated costs and hassle. We therefore recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung (including free Covid cover).
• You are welcome to book your insurance cover with us at the same time!
  We recommend that you take out Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance.

• Payment options:
  VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express or EC card; of course also cash or advance transfer to our bank account
• To avoid stress on the day of departure, we ask you to settle your bill during your stay or the evening before. THANK YOU!

Down payment:

• The deposit is approx. 30% of the tour price.
• We are entitled to cancel the booking unilaterally if we do not receive the down payment on time.

Arrival & Departure:

• Check-In: We would like to point out that the rooms and apartments can be occupied from approx. 14:00 (15:30 at the latest) on the day of arrival.
• Check-Out: We ask you to vacate the rooms and apartments by 10.00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.
• LATE CHECK OUT only possible on request and at an extra charge.
• In the event of early departure, we will charge the entire agreed amount. If the room can be rented out at short notice or the cancellation insurance covers the costs, we will of course refund you the costs afterwards.
• For all guests of Haus Bergland-Dorfblick:
  Check-In & Check-Out also takes place at the reception of Appartement Haus Bergland.

Lift tickets:

• Lift tickets for the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental for summer and winter can be purchased in advance at our hotel.
