Our comprehensive amenities ensure that you can relax from the very first moment in the luxury vacation apartments at our apartment complex in Söll am Wilden Kaiser. As specialists in hiking vacations in the summer and ski vacations in the winter, you’ll benefit from many included skiing and hiking extras, our in-house breakfast buffet, our central location right next to the ski slope and mountain railway, our in-house ski school, and the à la carte restaurant on-site.

Our service in the apartment
- Sodastream is included in every apartment.
- Bathroom cleaning and towel change: 2x per week in your vacation apartment
- from 10 days stay: 1x change of bed linen
- Towels for the apartment or room, for the sauna and – in summer – for the swimming pond
- cuddly soft bathrobes are ready for you in your vacation apartment.
- Wellness basket in the bathroom … with shower gel, soap, cotton buds, razor, toothbrush and sewing kit
- If required, there is the possibility of exchanging tea towels.
We are also happy to provide you with cleaning utensils such as a vacuum cleaner, mop, sponge, bucket, etc. in your apartment in Söll. - Laundry service (€ 15,– per washing machine; drying of the laundry is included).

New à la carte restaurant

- Since October 2025, our creative tenants have been inviting you to the new à la carte restaurant “Die Drei” – an enjoyable meeting place for all those who fancy real Tyrolean delicacies in the evening (not included in the price). It is located directly in the hotel.

Sodastream
Our Wilder Kaiser water:
You can enjoy fresh mountain spring water directly from the tap in your luxury apartment. The mountain rock filters the rainwater, which is collected in the region’s springs and transported directly to your vacation apartment via the water pipes. The water is of the highest quality and is regularly tested by the province of Tyrol.
For all those who love sparkling water:
Simply pour the fresh spring water from the tap into the Sodastream bottles, bubble in the Sodastream and enjoy the sparkling water! You will find the soda stream in the kitchen of your vacation apartment.
And it’s good for nature too: let’s reduce plastic waste together by sparkling water instead of lugging it around.
