We are looking for motivated tenants for our in-house restaurant. The perfect opportunity to get started in a vibrant environment.
We completely renovated the hotel restaurant and kitchen in 2015. Since 2022, the restaurant has only been used for breakfast (due to the conversion of the hotel into an aparthotel).
In June we decided that we would like to breathe new life into the restaurant due to the increasing number of apartment complexes in the village and are therefore looking for a tenant with immediate effect.

The Wilder Kaiser tourist region is very popular with tourists. The number of overnight stays in the region is growing every year, as is the number of apartments on offer. This gives you the opportunity to develop your creativity in relative safety. It is not only the attractiveness of the region that draws guests, but also the location of our aparthotel. It is just 200m from the valley station of the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser. The village center of Söll is no more than 500m away.
