Our family-run apartment house in Söll is aimed at guests who want to actively experience the mountain world of the Wilder Kaiser while hiking or skiing and who value privacy and personal care. You stay in a spacious luxury vacation apartment and at the same time have a contact person in the house who will be happy to help you with any questions or planning your day.
Families appreciate the short distances to the cable car, the ski school and the Hexenwasser adventure world in Söll. Couples especially enjoy the quiet retreats such as the wellness area or the hotel garden. A stay with your dog is also possible by arrangement. This allows you to spend your vacation flexibly and independently without having to constantly worry about organizing your vacation.
You stay in spacious, elegant luxury apartments and at the same time can use various services in the house: a rich breakfast buffet, the à la carte restaurant and personal support from the hosts when planning your hiking and skiing day.
A ski room with ski boot dryer and our in-house ski school are also available for your skiing vacation. House guests also benefit from discounts on ski courses.

We are happy to assist you personally with issuing ski passes, organizing ski courses or planning a hike in the surrounding mountains. This keeps your vacation flexible and at the same time pleasantly uncomplicated.
Our house is located directly on the ski slope and only a few steps away from the cable car. In winter you start directly into the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser. In summer, hiking and biking tours start practically on the doorstep. The Hexenwasser and the Kaiserjet hiking bus stop are also within easy walking distance.
Many destinations can be reached without a car – this makes your stay more relaxed and leaves more time for the mountains.
