The day starts gently: snuggled up on the soft box-spring beds in your favorite apartment, you are kissed awake by the first rays of sunshine. Half asleep, the smell of fresh coffee wafts through the air … and shortly afterwards a lovingly prepared breakfast buffet awaits you in the charmingly designed dining rooms: with rolls warm from the oven, homemade cakes, fine sausage and cheese variations, fresh fruit, vegetables, tea specialties and much more. Well fortified and full of anticipation, lace up your mountain boots – ready for a new adventure in the beautiful nature around Söll.

Circular hike to the Juffinger Jöchl

• This charming circular hike starts at the free Alpenschlössl parking lot in Söll, just a five-minute drive from Appartement Haus Bergland. Here you start your tour, past the hotel of the same name, where the first signpost takes you left onto the Lengauer Besinnungsweg.
• After just a few steps, the baroque Lengauer Chapel from 1727 greets you, a quiet place for a quick look inside and a moment of contemplation.
• The route continues through shady forests to the idyllic Lengau pond. The clear water reflects the sky and treetops and invites you to take a short breather before the ascending forest path to the left of the Lengau Hof leads up to the Juffinger Jöchl.
• The last section is a steep path through dense greenery – but the effort is worth it: at 1181 meters, a panorama opens up from the Zillertal Alps to far into the Inn Valley, making hikers’ hearts beat faster.

A hearty snack or something sweet?

The return leg of the circular hike takes you via Grausegg to the forest road in the direction of Alpengasthaus Stallhäusl. Tyrolean hospitality with regional delicacies awaits you at the inn – the ideal refreshment before you hike further down the valley. A fantastic panoramic view awaits you on the idyllic sun terrace. The homemade strudels, cakes and tarts are especially recommended! Please note: Monday & Tuesday are closed.

A return journey across blooming alpine meadows

• On Paisslberg Straße, follow the signs for Badhaus to Hinterfirsthof, turn left and walk across soft meadows back to Alpenschlössl.

At 9.5 kilometers in length, 480 meters in altitude and a walking time of around three and a half hours, this circular hike is pleasantly challenging and wonderfully varied. Forest paths, forest roads and short stretches of asphalt alternate and offer a new perspective with every step. If you want to combine nature, culture and culinary delights in one day, you will find the perfect adventure at the Wilder Kaiser.

After this wonderful circular hike, you will return to the familiar, charming atmosphere of our apartment house in Söll with many impressions and a satisfied smile. Now it’s time to switch off and enjoy. In the small but exquisite sauna area, tired muscles can relax in the soothing warmth of the sauna, steam bath or infrared cabin.

Afterwards, the swimming pond in our lovingly landscaped garden beckons – a few refreshing dips in the clear water and you’ll feel re-energized. End the day in peace and quiet on the comfortable loungers – in the sun, with a view of the mountains and the feeling of being in exactly the right place.
